Here you can find out more about the huge range of poets we feature in our pamphlets and the artists whose work appears on our beautiful covers.
We’ve now published poems by almost 700 historical and contemporary poets. In our pages you’ll find old favourites alongside twenty-first century voices – everyone from WH Auden to Benjamin Zephaniah. Although our emphasis is on British poetry, you’ll also find Irish, American and Australian writers.
We hope these pages will encourage you to explore further the work of a poet you’ve enjoyed in one of our pamphlets.

Robin Robertson
Robin Robertson has published four poetry collections, the latest being The Wrecking Light (2010), shortlisted for the 2010 Forward Poetry Prize, Costa Poetry Award and T. S. Eliot Prize. He has also written a translation of Euripides’ Medea. He was brought up in Scotland and lives and works in London.

Anna Robinson
Anna Robinson is a poet, tutor and editor. She has published three collections of poetry, most recently Whatsname Street (Smokestack, 2021) which explores working class history in the area of central London where she is based. Her work has also been published in poetry journals including Poetry London and Magma. She teaches at the University of East London.

Roger Robinson
Roger Robinson is a London-based poet and educator whose collection A Portable Paradise (Peepal Tree Press) won the TS Eliot Prize in 2019. He has toured extensively with the British Council and is a co-founder of Spoke Lab and the international writing collective Malika’s Kitchen. He is also a musician.

Ruby Robinson
Ruby Robinson grew up in Sheffield and Doncaster. Her first collection Every Little Sound (Liverpool University Press, 2016) was shortlisted for the TS Eliot Prize. Her work has also been published in The Poetry Review and Poetry. She cites Ted Hughes and Claudia Rankine as poets who have made a lasting impression on her own writing.

Amali Rodrigo
Amali Rodrigo grew up in Sri Lanka and is now based in London where she is researching a PhD as well as working as associate lecturer at Lancaster University. Her first full collection of poems The Lotus Gatherers was published by Bloodaxe in 2016. Her work is informed by a strong sense that there are many different realities, an idea that is reflected in an alertness to the surreal and to the spiritual.

Amber Rollinson
Amber Rollinson is a poet, fiction writer, and artist based in Bristol. She is a graduate of the MSt in Creative Writing at the University of Oxford and has been published in various publications including Neon, Stand, Mslexia, Tears in the Fence, and Channel Magazine. Her debut pamphlet Somewhere, Looking was published by Broken Sleep Books in 2022.
