Our next publication, due out in May 2010, is 'Twelve Poems about Birds' which you can read about on the 'Poetry Pamphlets' page of this website. We are very excited to be publishing one poem for the first time (Karin Koller's 'bird feeder') and to be re-introducing the Georgian poet Francis Brett Young's heart-felt and beautiful poem, 'The Quails', to the wider readership it deserves.

Candlestick Press has been invited to attend the first Wenlock Poetry Festival, www.wenlockpoetryfestival.org, in April. We look forward to seeing you there!
